I am still onboarding, but the process has been very organized and supported, which is much appreciated.

The best overall experience I have is mentoring and coaching the Family Engagement staff. I enjoy seeing their "aha" moments and watching the quality of their work improve through the reports.

Open and transparent communication seems to be part of the culture

The leadership team at Acelero does its best to keep us informed on pertinent issues related to early childhood education. They provide us with the tools to do our jobs efficiently. They are knowledgeable and diverse.

I am a single mom and no longer feel stress about what I am bringing in.

The amount of leave time is wonderful.

I think it is a really fair compensation package, the best part are the benefits.

The best part about my compensation package is that it ensures I receive everything I deserve..

Most of the compensation package is great. I have a worker who is diabetic and she needs to make the deductible able of $2000 before she can get a discount on the insulin. This is very high for her to pay for life saving meds. I would like to see if something can be done for those situations.

I think that our work is not valued (why do I say this because on several occasions I have had to go to cover in other centers and they do not realize the work I do). They should be pay us more.

I've been railroaded by Acelero twice within the seven months I've been here! My pay rate should remain at the boost rate, or even more for all the work I do!

We all bring different strengths to the table and seem to be a nice little puzzle that fits well together.

The coordinators (my peers) have a like minded work ethic. They want to do a great job.

The best thing of my co-workers is that they all are teamwork oriented.

That we get the work done!!

Normally my team is great. They know their job and they do it very well. They are a pleasure to work with.

I feel very singled out as kitchen staff. I am often forgotten I feel.

I think the most positive aspect of the company's culture and environment is the humility and value caring for teams. We are all treated equally, I feel that my voice is heard and my opinion validated.

I feel that there is poor communication from the Shine/Acelero leadership & the grantee through our manager to us. There is a delay in information, if provided at all. Management meetings should be held and not canceled.
