
Open and transparent communication seems to be part of the culture
The leadership team at Acelero does its best to keep us informed on pertinent issues related to early childhood education. They provide us with the tools to do our jobs efficiently. They are knowledgeable and diverse.

Most of the compensation package is great. I have a worker who is diabetic and she needs to make the deductible able of $2000 before she can get a discount on the insulin. This is very high for her to pay for life saving meds. I would like to see if something can be done for those situations.
I think that our work is not valued (why do I say this because on several occasions I have had to go to cover in other centers and they do not realize the work I do). They should be pay us more.

I've been railroaded by Acelero twice within the seven months I've been here! My pay rate should remain at the boost rate, or even more for all the work I do!
We all bring different strengths to the table and seem to be a nice little puzzle that fits well together.
The coordinators (my peers) have a like minded work ethic. They want to do a great job.

I feel that there is poor communication from the Shine/Acelero leadership & the grantee through our manager to us. There is a delay in information, if provided at all. Management meetings should be held and not canceled.
