Remote work, and pay is decent.
The additional pay that we are getting now has really been wonderful and impactful for my family. This has been a key factor as to why I have stayed and has alleviated some of the stress. The paid time off benefits are excellent as well. It allows us that time to renew and refresh.

The best part is the Fearless Pay Program. I am being paid a higher wage temporarily thanks to this program. The monthly child care credit bonus every month is also a plus.

During COVID my pay has increased to what I feel is a fair wage. If that is taken away I will be struggling.
This is my only "complaint" As an EHS Teacher we're molding the minds of the youngest group of kids. Although I love my job and most that it entails. The salary for me does not come close to the cost of living or what is feasible for a single adult to survive and especially not one with children.
Right now we are getting paid extra to work with the potential of getting sick with Covid. Which many of us has had at least once if not more. We have been exposed to RSV and the Flu. Soon the extra pay will be taken away. The cost of living has gone up so much. Is it worth the risk?
Staff are leaving Acelero for higher pay with employers who are comparable to Acelero. Most employers give yearly increases but Acelero only gives cost of living. Makes me wonder how you are making money but do not compensate your employees

Im currently actibg as lead teacher so im getting that salary . Ive been here for 6 years and i put alot of work in better than alot of qualified lead teachers, i feel as though my pay should be permanent
As a teacher we ate undervalued
With the cost of living rising drastically and fast food places hiring at almost what I'm making with a bachelor's degree it is hard to feel like I'm being compensated fairly. Also even though I enjoy my job, it isn't easy and can be stressful.
I feel undervalued because it's all about reports and not about the staff and families. It will make me feel better about compensation if we got pay more and if their was pay raises

compensation is not close to market value, no efforts have been made to rectify inequitable pay internally. New hires are given better opportunity for equitable pay than current employees which is bad for morale
i am paid the same as others just entering the company- i do not feel valued for my tenure. there aren't opportunities to increase my compensation, no matter my workload. the zone i am responsible for is the same size as a zone split by two of me, yet i make the same for double the workload
the medical benefits are very horrific. and we have a lot of work for the pay comparable to other schools. But i love our center and the manager and director and all of my coworkers. I also value the time off we get as it helps the work life balance
