What do you like best about the leadership team?

that everyone gets along and enjoys being hear as a team

They are transparent and are willingly to hear feedback. Everyone is valued for the individual that they are.

We work as a team.

I like that they are very welcoming they believe in promoting from the inside and that they offer tremendous support to ensure that you have all the tools that you need to be successful as your transition into your new position.

The executive team takes the time to listen to all employees and values their thoughts.

Communication is great and there is always an interest in each of the employees.

The leadership team at Acelero does its best to keep us informed on pertinent issues related to early childhood education. They provide us with the tools to do our jobs efficiently. They are knowledgeable and diverse.

What I like best about the leadership its that we can be like family. But when they have their days its best to not even think about ask for what ever you need help with.

Leadership is accessible, and genuinely open to feedback. I feel they do as much as possible to "break down the barriers" between leadership and other employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Concern for employees as people and not a body holding a position Compassion for staff and those they manage Honesty and Integrity with staff and peers Being trustworthy leaders and those who act upon issues when they are brought to your attention Being fair with staff and hiring from within

Being supportive when there are challenging behaviors . Being mindful of certain childrens needs prior to enrolling them . Making teachers aware of children with special needs prior to them coming into the classroom .

The leadership needs to be present in the center speak to the staff one on one and get a better understand on wants going on and not just what a report stats it happening

Give more opportunity to grow .

aside from my director, all leadership/executive leadership demonstrably does not care about the teachers in their classrooms. I have had the displeasure of having to work at sites other than my own, and a blind eye is turned to awful work culture. money for the higher ups is all Acelero cares about

Leadership need to get better at taking employees complain serious, they also need to make sure they hired people with ethics and values. Leadership do not need to force 2 individuals getting along when there has been enough disrespectful situations that make both feel uncomfortable.

Communication with the staff , and give more wellness days to the staff.

Working more collaboratively and strategically as a team (moving beyond transactional and functional). Getting clear on decision rights for different decisions upfront, and amount of time we will spend on input. Cultivating a team culture most conducive to strategic collaboration.

They should get better at caring about their team and their staffs personal lives instead of believing they're just work bots.

Leadership needs to learn to connect with the staff as a whole. They need to respect employees personal time, and also not walk around with an air about them as thought they are better than everyone else. It would also be nice to hear from leardership that you are doing a good job from time to time.
