There seem to be an big problem in the filter of hiring, I personally have a terrible coworker in Centerville Acelero, a person mature enough in age (50's) but extremely immature, always looking for fights/drama/screams/put is speaker phone everyone all day. Is almost unbelievable, so unethical.

I don't think these questions are good. I would rate my colleagues differently across different business units, and I look forward to working with some of my colleagues very much, but the keyed responses don't allow for nuance.
Operational strategy is missing and managers of others are not equipped to support; we need to have a better process for hiring folks that will lead others, and ensure there is a culture of feedback and support to ensure continual growth for all levels of leaders, no matter the background

My coworkers should complete their work before it is reassigned to another. If I could trust my coworkers I would feel comfortable working with them, however I don't. I have no interest in this job environment to interact with colleagues, my goal is to complete work and meet deadlines then go home.
