What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Leadership is accessible, and genuinely open to feedback. I feel they do as much as possible to "break down the barriers" between leadership and other employees.

Their unwavering focus on doing what is best for kids.

The leadership time are very supportive. They are open to help you grow in the roll of your job and as a person.

Everyone has your back and I never feel alone or like I don't know where to turn with problems.

They do communicate for the most part.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Working more collaboratively and strategically as a team (moving beyond transactional and functional). Getting clear on decision rights for different decisions upfront, and amount of time we will spend on input. Cultivating a team culture most conducive to strategic collaboration.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that we have a history of inaccurate market value pay scales and a lack of transparency and that at times I have found that the pay scales are different even when people doing similar jobs.

I don't believe pay is comparable with some other similar positions. Others with less responsibilities receive the same pay as I do.

if i was getting paid to work with challenging students and had the right services and trainings to help me provide the right help with these students

alot of paperwork for the pay

compensation is not close to market value, no efforts have been made to rectify inequitable pay internally. New hires are given better opportunity for equitable pay than current employees which is bad for morale

What are some of the best things about your team?

Incredibly intelligent, humble, and passionate group of individuals

My team works together in helping the families we serve.

They make me feel like we're all in this together. They're all very nice and down-to-earth.

People both care about each other personally, and enjoy collaborating together. We have fun AND we get stuff done!

We all can step in for each other when needed. We ar work together as one weather in PA or Jersey.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I don't think these questions are good. I would rate my colleagues differently across different business units, and I look forward to working with some of my colleagues very much, but the keyed responses don't allow for nuance.

stop worrying about the wrong things this is a professional setting and that's pointless and the unprofessionalism is ridiculous
