that everyone gets along and enjoys being hear as a team
They are transparent and are willingly to hear feedback. Everyone is valued for the individual that they are.
We work as a team.
I like that they are very welcoming they believe in promoting from the inside and that they offer tremendous support to ensure that you have all the tools that you need to be successful as your transition into your new position.
The executive team takes the time to listen to all employees and values their thoughts.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
its good no ccomplaints and not un satisfyed
Remote work, and pay is decent.
The additional pay that we are getting now has really been wonderful and impactful for my family. This has been a key factor as to why I have stayed and has alleviated some of the stress. The paid time off benefits are excellent as well. It allows us that time to renew and refresh.

there all nice and they all talk and get along build a great friendship

that the families wanna no more about there childs learning and wanna be more invloved

What makes you most happy at work?
that I can teach the kids and learn about each childs goals in the class and make sure they are safe and happy
Supporting others and building partnerships together.
Seeing the student and getting to know them
Meeting with my parents, children and team members and supporting my families in the work that I do with them
every day I feel challenged in a positive way
