I feel good about what I do, but I feel like leadership flip flops on priority and direction which doesn't feel good. I don't know that they are flip flopping, but there's not a lot of communication to prove otherwise because everyone is so siloed.

My team is great at collaborating with other teams and supporting them to get work done.

I think they work hard to do what is best for the company and that they care about their employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot of churn with product and development and it feels like we can't move forward with so much churn. I don't have a great suggestion on how we keep people around. But it would go a long way toward making work feel stable and fun.
