Overall positive. Very friendly work environment, I feel like management are always understanding and I feel comfortable approaching them about anything. The company are currently providing career advancement opportunities. The additional benefits are amazing (Free food, nights out, rewards).

They are friendly, down to earth, easily approachable and always take your opinion into consideration

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming including management. Lots of opportunities to get to know other departments. Mainly including our monthly work night out (sometimes includes activities such as crazy golf etc). Internal points system which can be cashed in for prizes (amazon vouchers etc).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though the team is relatively small and tight knit, they open their arms to new employees and like to make sure everyone feels welcome and no one is left out. They always help out, they like a good laugh and there is always someone to talk to when needed.
