Compensation is on the low end so when we go through hard times nothing chanages.

We work well together. Its not a competitive environment so we work as a team instead of individuals in a team.

They have a clear understanding of what they want done and when things, they provide the necessary resources to make that change happen
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its relaxing and non-stressful. Don't feel overwhelmed even if I have a lot of things to do. Management allows you to voice your opinion within reason, without repercussions.
