They are always open to huddle and have not made the space unsafe to give new ideas.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do what I am most interested in as a job and there is plenty of work for me everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be empathetic and show compassion for my work life balance. They appreciate my work and give me resources to offload work if I have too much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the market value for my role and skills can get more money elsewhere. However, I'm taking this role as an opportunity to leverage that pay at a later date.
