Great team members, good people,,, and challenging work with some variety of work. Things aren't siloed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, professional, weekly stand-ups with CEO during COVID and WFH to keep us engaged, CEO fireside chats over video during COVID, dedicated employees.

Hybrid remote so can work at home most days. For the days we come in, we get free lunch and social hour at end of day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, bonus, and equity is commensurate with what I could get from other opportunities with the equity being higher than market to compensate for the pivot the company is going through.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with my team but also all the other departments. There are good people with integrity here at Act! and that is most important to me in this highly competitive country.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very engaged and caring team. They care about the details and also not afraid to take on ownership of the many things we are working. They work extremely hard, are honest leaders, and collaborate quite well. No executive power struggles and/or poisonous members on the executive team.
