Weekly all hands meetings where we get updates on the company status and profiles on employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation hasn't increased in any real way since I started 7 years ago - I feel my skill set isn't acknowledged in accordance with what I am paid.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work I am handling isn't really what I would like to be doing, feel my day to day work has moved away from my area of expertise.
