I love the company and like the direction we are headed but please realize that with the introduction of all of the new features, it is now overly complicated and a lot of technicians, let alone customers, are becoming daunted at how difficult the program can be to setup

Good Company, could be better but that's the same anywhere. We are always trying to progress. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But you can always see why particular decisions were made.

Clear goals, developing a good company culture is important. Staff treat as important members rather than cogs in a wheel

The Act! product has become a very large and complicated program recently with the introduction of AMA, the API and Cloud/Saas. New hire's are simply daunted by the program and a lot leave after a few months. New hires should support the core product and then gradually learn the rest over time.
