Enjoy being able to work a hybrid schedule. Overall i feel appreciated by my bosses, but feel i could be paid a higher wage for all of the work/time i put in.

Commendable, Adelphoi shows pride in the work they do. Everyone has a stake at Adelphoi-we monitor and encourage good quality work.

Its been a great experience, rewarding, and challenging

I work from home so I do not have a ton of contact with team members and co-workers. WHen we do interact, everyone is helpful and friendly. My manager is wonderful, positive, and supportive.

It's been amazing so far. I love conducting and learning more about MST. My York teammates are so amazing and I'm very grateful for them. I love being able to work with teens and their families and help them have a happier and healthier life together.

Managerial position- need greater compensation for job tasks/responsbilities

I just feel like mental health workers in general don't get paid enough for the work that we do. I feel like there's still that stigma that mental health isn't as important as physical and medical health. There's still that stigma, we don't get as much funding from the gov. or health insurance.

I am a licensed therapist, and, although I received a significant pay raise recently, I think that other individuals at different agencies might be paid more (like in hospitals, etc.).

Overall, Adelphoi does not offer salaries commensurate with other companies

I think salary should start in the mid 50's more PTO

Not sure about the company, but the York team is amazing. Everyone was so welcoming when I first got hired and they're still so kind and help out whenever I have a question about something. Billie Jean is the best supervisor ever!!!

Scale back job responsibilities to what is manageable and not ideal/unrealistic, what looks easy on paper is not always easy in implementaiton in the real word, better communication and not using soley email (one email is normally all sent and expected to be an expert after one email).
