What do you like best about the leadership team?

She takes the time to show me the next steps I need to be working on and shows me hands-on how to do it. She is patient, motivating, and kind.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Responding to youth in an appeopriate manner, making expectations clear, communicating well to other staff, training new staff thoroughly

Employee caseloads and horrible paperwork

Understanding no one performs at 100% at all times, especially when work/duties/expectations continue to build.

Being personable with employees and work towards understanding what their daily job duties consist of.

Being on the same page, having shared goals, helping employees use their benefits. appreciating valuable employees rather than just looking at problems

The leadership team needs to get better at communication and ensure that everyone is up to date and on the same page.

Rewarding the employees that have been here for years by paying them more than the new hires. Take into consideration when doing raises and bonuses on performance not on position. Care about what is happening in good units and rewarding those units that have a strong staff team and good retention ra

The higher ups have never shown their faces at my facility. I know that they are busy but their presence at the facilities would show interest it the lower ranking employees.

Being available, less demanding, stop saying "my" and use "our".

Simplify and prioritize what is actually important. Accept opinions from those who do the work.

Listening when people ask for help. Following through with things that are said.
