Directors, certain ones, need to do their jobs. There are some coworkers abusing everything including lunch time, PTO time, and a title. We work well together but I do not respect the slackers.
Whether its a communication issue or otherwise, one person completing their jonb should not have a negative ripple effect ( or at least a preceived negative ripple effect) for those around them. The mission is the same for the agency. I feel that some people have forgotten out mission.
