Adelphoi Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation and benefits are good for families

Our affordable health insurance and free dental and vision coverage.

All very good and fair.

The pay is the best

accrued PTO, 403 B Match, ELA

Pay rate for Gas mileage reimbursement

I value the PTO, 403 B, and bonuses.

You're able to cash out unused PTO.

Difference Card reinbursement is great

Paid Time Off amount is good compared to other organizations.

The amount of allotted PTO Time

that the difference card program pays for some of our medical costs

That bonus are given according to your accomplishments.

The best part of the compensation is the amount of pto that the company gives for years of service

We have good health insurance. And no other company offers the PTO that we get here.

Our new retirement benefit plan

I have decent amount of PTO and medical coverage.

PTO and the difference card benefits

The reasonably priced health insurance

The introduction of the Difference card to offset any participant healthcare costs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

comparatively, other companies that have similar jobs pay more than Adelphoi does.

Managerial position- need greater compensation for job tasks/responsbilities

being aware of when there might be salary increases

More mineybpwr hour for supervisors

I feel valued as an employee.

pay me for what i do dis cover card teats you like a criminal

Better advancement and pay grades for years of experience

pay increase for paraprofessional, I feel they are a big inback for the school

Overnight staff may not deal with the kids as day staff does but we are also expected to work Overnight and be available for daytime trainings directly after our shift. There is little training that pertains to what the Overnight staff is required to do.

I am a good teacher and in the inflationary economy more money is appropriate.

Yes I feel our workloads are not evaluated and we are not compensated for the amount of work that we are expected to do. I feel after the amount of years invested in the company that our input should be valued and pay should be higher.

I feel that staff should be paid more for staying and there should be more benefits for retention. Pay the ones whk stay and not leave after a week.

I love my position, but there are no opportunities for full-time in this position. Unfortunately I will have to take another job for a second income, or leave this one all together in the near future.

I feel expected to do multiple people's jobs.

More time and effort and money is spent on recruitment and less on keeping staff.

I just feel like mental health workers in general don't get paid enough for the work that we do. I feel like there's still that stigma that mental health isn't as important as physical and medical health. There's still that stigma, we don't get as much funding from the gov. or health insurance.

Not that I feel undervalued, but I would enjoy higher pay to feel fully compensated for the duties that I perform in the workplace. I always strive to do more and to become better. My salary is below average for my title though.

compensation is not always based on good performance of employees. It is, at times, based on administrative needs.

higher salary and offer tenure

I think we should be compensated based on the volatile and unpredictable nature of the job. We are dealing with clients that can get aggressive and dangerous at any moment and in most instances, it is just you and one other staff on hand. Also, it would help with retention
