What do you like best about the leadership team?Our team leaders have an experienced group of teachers who have high expectations for their students and they let the teachers bring out the most potential in each and every student.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Our leadership team is always positive, and I feel that they not only care about you as an employee but also as a person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Sometimes it is hard to manage the caseload, but the supervisors understand the struggle and do not belittle people for not being able to stay perfectly on top of it. An actual cap to caseload would be great.
