Not too hard with hard work. I have been promoted three times in three years.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Marketing department at Adobe?
Pose a marketing challenge such as low awareness or low retention and then ask for different marketing strategies to address the topic.
What's the internship program like at Adobe?
Not much of a program. It is more like hiring extra manpower to take on some tasks. Every manager and situation is totally different.
What are the most important soft skills I need to be successful at Adobe?
Need to be able to get along with a lot of different kinds of people and be likable.
What is the best perk or benefit that Adobe offers?
Equity has been valuable over the past few years because the stock price has gone up tremendously. Not sure if that will be of value to new employees as much as it was to those hired a while ago.
What is the company mobility like at Adobe?
Very little mobility. You have to inform your manager before you can interview with other teams.
What is the onboarding process like at Adobe and how long does it last?
It is a couple hours but real onboarding takes months. Adobe teams are known for being very hard to onboard. People are cliquey and networks are hard to get into. It takes time to be productive.

Casual, casual.
What is Adobe's policy towards pets in the workplace?
Pets are not allowed.
How are the career growth opportunities on the HR team at Workfront?
It depends really. What it seems like is working is if you're new that you get a higher comp than those that are here currently. Even if they do entry-level work, they're making more than those who have been here for some time. Team members do get promotions here and there, but there is still a big discrepancy with members of P&C.
How are layoffs handled in the Customer Support department at Workfront?
In the 5 years I've worked here, there have never been layoffs. We continue to grow!

Strong technical education, skills & knowledge, along with the ability to work collaboratively on teams.
