I've been with Adobe almost 9 years, and I hope to still be with this company when it's time to retire. Staying here a long time doesn't mean that the job gets boring. In fact, it's always evolving and bringing new opportunities to learn, and new responsibilities and roles.

How helpful was your HR team when you were first hired at Workfront?
I felt like my onboarding was amazing. HR sent me a box of swag to get me started thinking about my first day. Then, on my first day they had arranged someone from my department to be my 'ambassador'. They have a Slack channel to respond to all my questions and did a check in with me after I'd been here a couple months to get my feedback. I can't think of anything else they could have done better. Best onboarding ever.
What kind of interview questions do they ask when hiring someone in the Engineering department at Workfront?
Programming questions? :) There are several rounds, the first of which is an automated code challenge that has various coding problems. You have to get the tests to pass. Then come in person interview which has white board or pair programming problems (real world feature oriented, not stupid, useless algorithms as some companies do) and cultural questions.

What's the Marketing team like at Adobe?
Cliquish. The CMO is "mercurial" so Department heads are often left chasing their tails trying to figure out how to please and "managing up" leaving little time and patience for department strategies to take hold.
What's the vibe like in the Marketing dept at Adobe? How many hours are you working?
"Flavor of the month" seems to be the management style. Those who have the spotlight are doing great. Others are bopping along without much enthusiasm. Many "lifers" are extremely change adverse and a culture of "collaboration" is used to cover up the desire to not have to get much done very quickly.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Workfront?
Intense but worth it.
