When I feel recognized, appreciated, empowered to be successful, like my bosses want me to grow, when I have a clear growth path
What needs to change to make the company culture better at Adobe?
Most of the time, male co-workers are favored over female in most cases, by mid/senior level management roles. Also on-boarding is lacking.
What are some of the best things about your team at Adobe?
We have fun and get work done! The company is filled with genuine people.
What does the leadership team at Workfront need to get better at?
They don't understand the details of their business very well preferring to focus on things at a very high level
What's going wrong and how can it be improved at Adobe?
Very little collaboration, mid/senior level male co-workers are usually disrespectful and dismissive; yet, supported by upper level mgt.
