    CHance to learn new things. No politics. Nice that we're in growth mode too.

    The company really supports learning. Hackathons and plenty of leeway to choose projects and tech stacks.

    Everyone efforts to be at the top of their game. There's very few egos and we all get along. Minimal politics!
