What makes you most happy at work?CHance to learn new things. No politics. Nice that we're in growth mode too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company really supports learning. Hackathons and plenty of leeway to choose projects and tech stacks.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone efforts to be at the top of their game. There's very few egos and we all get along. Minimal politics!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better leadership, better compensation, reflect on performance based on helpful career development insights and not ethnicity and age or ego
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Reflect on your organization and the teams. Every team appreciates a different culture instead of trying to infuse them all together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They need to work on cross team collaboration instead of thinking in their own silos. Learn to work as a team to create a great whole.
