PTO time and holidays are good.
It covers most of my needs at the moment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid less than 15% of what office collects. The people at managerial position, gurly, hudi, mcneil, wellington, donald gardner, talk behind my back to my staff and bring down the moral of my staff. They have no skills. They come in look around the office and leavd.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very family oriented. friendly and hard-working

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. Corporate fat cats eat most of the revenue generated by hard work of dentist and lab techs. Fat cats get many perks including paid travel and vacations. They provide no proof or invoice before taking money from dental offices. The managers coming to office offer nothing but demoralising

Stop lying to dentist and lab techs. Stop making promises that are knowingly lies.
What makes you most happy at work?
placing implants and doing surgeries that are life changing
I'm in a relaxed environment and i can get a lot of work done without micromangement
