Clear communications about salary increases
There is a lot of pay disparity even within the same team and that's not a healthy culture. The amount of work, the experience level, the targets and the pay are all disproportionate. There should be more balance in these areas

There is now a very strong culture of self promotion exists within Agilent and more needs to done to develop new staff skills
There is a major population of older colleagues which also propogates a fixed mindset. Even if someone wants to think differently, there is hardly any encouragement. Agilent needs more young anfd fresh ideas
Management creates a negative atmosphere and has a lack of trust which leads to gossip and people fighting for credit when things go well

They should start giving the proper training

There is way too much cronyism and unequal opportunities fot promotion
There needs to more of actual work in Sales than refundant administrative work. There needs to be better work life balance for customer facing employees

They over look good employees and focus on the really poor quality ones then call it culture. They treat whites and spanish employees the worse and call it social justice. known for terminating employment of anyone asking for a raise. Management moto is everyone is replaceable
