What is the best part about your compensation package?

Fair compensation pay, more than adequate 401(k) and general benefits. Company, standard bonuses, although accompany, filed for bankruptcy and clearly had issues managing corporate funds.

401k and the number of benefits available and how much the company contributes to those benefits

Health, dental, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

The benefits will save my husband and I over $800 a month compared to what we were paying through his company. 401K is matched and does well. Flextime is great.

Fair salary and cheap, but very good benefits.

Plenty of options for employees to choose from.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Base salary was ok but bonus and commissions were not paid fairly

Pay the back overtime pay you losers!

Paid under 50% of market.

The job is way too stressful and the expectation is too high for the low wages.
