Negative toxic environment. Everyone is trying to leave and complaining. Supervisor wears shorts year round and only seems to take care of his hand selected few

I love that I am involved with a company that core values are about saving lives. I what I do helps bring in those amazing people.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Internal culture appreciation. We have people who are legacy employees from acquisitions and they need to be grateful instead of hateful.
