Meeting the people I would be working with and being able to answer their questions.

Being able to create my own schedule, manage my workload, and often able to see issues and fix them.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Internal culture appreciation. We have people who are legacy employees from acquisitions and they need to be grateful instead of hateful.

They listen and meet to learn and determine the right next steps. I'm at a level where I get the feedback first.

I love that I am involved with a company that core values are about saving lives. I what I do helps bring in those amazing people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team, not just individuals coming to work for the paycheck. We help each other and always have each others back to keep our team working well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits will save my husband and I over $800 a month compared to what we were paying through his company. 401K is matched and does well. Flextime is great.
