Less than satisfied. Circle of friends at the top that only care about themselves. Decent pay, terrible benefits, no incentive or motivation to move up, with no real option to advance your career. Absolutely nothing to look forward to while being surrounded by doom and gloom employees.

Better health benefits. Company is extremely greedy and they don’t value their employees at all.

Speed , transparency, and the director of quality who interviewed me were painless and quick.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Negative toxic environment. Everyone is trying to leave and complaining. Supervisor wears shorts year round and only seems to take care of his hand selected few
