every day is a struggle. direction changes so often that we barely begin doing today's command when we are told that there is a new plan. Employees are treated like commodities and are completely disposable. Tension is so high that several people have left without new jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
We are just another company.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many people to talk to and most of them acted like they didn't want to talk to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The CEO just talks about money, not the employees. We rarely hear any good news, just loads of bad news.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to realize that we are people, not machines. We don't ask for much, but we get nothing.
