It was a reliable pay check, but otherwise a terrible place to work. The so called leadership of the company ran to their holes when covid hit leaving the workers to man the ship. I have no respect for the cowards. They talk a good safety game, but when it comes down to it the all mighty dollar wins

The culture at airgas will never change, its a good old boys club. The working class at this company are viewing as disposable monkeys.
