Great diversity and everyone has a voice I feel. From the hourly employees to company officers.

I feel valued. I just wish we focused more on how we price and treat our customers.

Again. Everyone seems to push to the same goal most of the time. And all voices are heard.

I like the environment and support. I feel like I have a voice. I am afforded opportunities to develop and have gone from a temp cylinder prep. To a salaried position in under 10 years.
