The people are great. The work is rewarding. I do love it. However, it is also exhausting and I don't have work/life balance. I need more help / people. I enjoy the fast pace in general, but I dread taking time off of work because it means even longer days when I return.

They're invested in the people / the company on every level. Very accessible. Doesn't feel as hierarchical.

I like that I was offered more than I asked for - it felt like a stronger commitment and investment in me.
