Being challenged every day and continuously learning. But also speaking to my manager and my co-workers who I see as friends.

While my team is super motivated and dedicated, we never forget to have fun and enjoy some moments together. Even during our Zoom meetings, I feel like we truly connect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely dedicated to the growth of the company but also to bringing out the best in people. Especially in times like these, they made me feel safe and welcome.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People aren't talked down to and you can always ask for help and support. Being in a junior role for the first time in a tech company, I was scared in the beginning but I have found it amazingly pleasant.
