Very busy, all working towards same goal, no one person puts their needs above the company goals

Benefits, medical and dental package is much better than in the past. That is important for me and my kids.

Hard working and always trying to do the best for the company without searching for constant accolades for the job they do.

Respect for the work I do, and trust in my ability to do the job from home for now. No one micro manages me which I appreciate so much. But Leadership is there when I need them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed to do my job as I need , without constant oversight or make-work projects. Being able to Work from home and be even more productive on days that I need to be focused and reduce interruptions or my commute to the office.
