We've had some rough times at the past, but I genuinely believe the future is ours for the taking with the current exec vision and sponsorship. Our product does need to catch up to the market in 2021, we are slightly behind at the moment but this is being actively being addressed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Below market wage, benefits (especially dental) do not cover much. I pay a lot out of pocket for dental as our plan covers less than 30%.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Bringing world class experience and vision, sharing it to grow individuals who apply themselves. I appreciate they deliver to those who deliver and do not let others bring us down.
