A great place to work
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Great place to work, but lacks good compensation, despite promotions. Seems all good talent leaves, and a those who remain are those willing to settle. I'm being approached with opportunities that pay 20-30% more (non-engineering role). Now that the pandemic is easing, I will probably go.
