What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We don't have any company culture. I make sure to create it in my smaller office since we lack it globally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all in the same trenches so it makes it feel like you are not alone when dealing with internal chaos.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation is based on a research company when we are now SAAS and tends to be much lower than the current going rate in the US. NY and Minnesota employees also make the same thing so they can buy houses/recreational vehicles and New Yorkers struggle to stay afloat.
