My experience has been very positive. Working in a Zoom world with no in person social interaction is not easy, but we've managed to forge healthy collaborative relationships and friendships. Our social committee works very hard to engage our employees with fun "non-work" activities.

Alida has an all inclusive culture. Your voice is heard no matter what level of the organization you are. Though I've only been on Zoom throughout my entire employment at Alida, the environment is inviting and fun but at the same time fast paced.

Our leadership team leans in. They're just as vested in us and our customers as we are. Our leadership led with empathy through Covid and that made a big difference. Our leadership team works hard day in and day out to deliver and support great experiences for employees and customers.
