People are willing to help you. There is always something new to learn

The trust that you have with the sick leave, the life days that you can use.

They are approachable, willing to help out when they can, and seem genuinely invested in our success

They are full of great personalities that are as passionate about what they are doing as what I am.

I love how excited they are to drive the business forward and how committed they are to bringing the employees along for the ride.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team receives a bonus once a year, but is heavily involved in expansion sales with little to no support from the sales team that receive the commission for the deal. This needs to be more fairly distrubuted. I am also underpaid for the market but salary reviews are only once a year
