It is a fast paced and challenging atmosphere at times, but I wouldn't have it any other way! I love that I am not micro managed, but held responsible to deliver a high quality level of work output.
What makes you most happy at work?
Its a safe and fun environment to learn. I feel well supported and know that our leadership has my back, even if I don't do everything perfectly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay for my healthcare, dental and vision costs. As an employee I contribute zero out of my paycheck and only have to personally cover a low deductible, copays and prescriptions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We come from many different specialty areas, and backgrounds. We span the globe and have a really diverse workforce. Our culture has always been about inclusivity, professional development and winning together as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its highly collaborative. Our team culture is all about sharing best practices, and talking through process improvement. In many other companies issues would pile up, but I never felt like I was making any progress. At Alida it seems like any is possible
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to their employees! As a company that believes in creating a two way dialogue between companies and their customers, and companies and their employees, and I can confidently say that we drink our own Kool-Aid! Our leadership asks us how things are going and take our opinion into account
