The complexity of Alkami's architecture combined with constant organization changes to people and process make it difficult for us to deliver in the market. It can be improved with simplification of structure and proactive management instead of constant fire fighting and context switching.

- Engineering management is out of touch and more focused on increasing their stock bonuses than listening to senior engineers. - They speak in absolute terms saying if you don't agree with everything they say, then leave. There is zero open dialog and it feels like walking on pins and needles

Culture, the turnover, the "do what I say, not what I do" leadership. The constant backstabbing, clique, gaslighting from a particular vertical. The employees keeping this company running are getting left behind without care. Take care of and value your employees, or you wont have one left to lead.
