Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 5 days ago

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

we do not have enough people in certain spots, and our leadership team is not successful in fixing identified problems

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Hard to use/configure Product and under-resourced customer support staff (account opening product)

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 5 days ago

The engineering team is a disaster and I do not believe in the leadership team all the way up to the CTO. Product and Engineering work against each other.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 5 days ago

Company is dropping the ball on acquired companies, and not leveraging them. The company is spreading itself thinner, and trying to move faster without shoring up it's foundation.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 7 days ago

Communication is siloed and very clear problems remain unaddressed

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 7 days ago

Leadership should never comment on politically charged issues if this is to be an inclusive environment. All branches of the company need to be supported if the company wants to call itself successful. If all employees don't feel supported/see a future here the company isn't doing what it says/think

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 12 days ago

More help, not staffed for all issues

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 13 days ago

There are too many fires. The more fires you put out, the more work you get without more pay. So why am I putting out so many fires?

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 13 days ago

We have a number of support and execution issues currently. It's a lot. I believe it's an issue we will correct successfully but it's making things difficult at the moment and it is very top of mind for our customers.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 13 days ago

There are too many duplicated efforts to accomplish a single task. We should streamline as much as possible. There are too many applications we use to manage our work. We should consolidate to 1 or 2 applications and use the application's full product offering. People should be paid when promoted.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 13 days ago

Efficiency, communication, feels like being run like a start up. Lack of confidence in delivery and support. No new product developed by Alkami. Establish teams that are aligned with other the rest of the company. Big brother recording everything for ?

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 13 days ago

AI, and the pace at which we're trying to get features over the line rather than improve stability, have made for a monotonous yet anxiety producing work environment.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 13 days ago

More resources put into providing ample time for testing new and existing features. Reinvest in making the development, UAT and quality assurance environments function similar to production.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 13 days ago

one two three four five

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 13 days ago

We do not sufficiently support our customers. Support teams are understaffed, bug fixes are deprioritized in favor of feature work.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 13 days ago

There is a lot of disconnect between Product, Dev and Implementations, which I'm sure makes Support difficult. Perhaps Product and Dev could get some middle people to do internal feature reviews, efficient QA and definitely tech writing.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 13 days ago

The executive leadership team, and the senior leadership team, are not aligned on the work needs to be prioritized. Each department runs their own initiatives independently, and each organization is left to decide their own priorities.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 13 days ago

The biggest gap right now is how reactive things feel operationally with implementation and product. I feel a huge lack of ownership and accountability.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 13 days ago

Our ELT has made too many changes too fast to our ELT and upper leadership with what seems like no appreciation of what has enabled us to get to this point as a Company. Our ELT is underqualified and not focused on the right areas and they don't consistently represent our Company values.

Review from Finance Dept

The technology direction and leadership has created a culture of fear and toxicity. You’re either in the circle or yo
