Incredibly intense work enviroment that thrives on cutthroat behavior and pressure to either break employees down and rebuild them in their image, or breaks you entirely and sends you out the door in under 90 days

Toxic work environment. They pay good salary and other incentives to cover all the mis-management and retain people.
