I get the sense the leadership team at alliantgroup is intelligent, innovative, and caring.
The leadership team is pretty much undefined in that, everyone is considered a leader in the firm. This speaks a lot to their credit. It's not the highest position that rules in decision making at the company, it's the majority which is comprised of professionals across the organization.

Management, communication skills, and being attentive at work rather than other things
