My team works together, we hang out together and we help each other
My team is like a family, we are not just about serving clients we really support each other in our lives. We want each other to have our greatest success and accomplish what we are working towards personally.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Replace the VPs and give an agenda ahead of time
I think more empathy is needed across the board, kindness, calmness and overall self-awareness needs to be promoted/encouraged/reinforced.
