Flexible, and straight forward the expectations are set
Everyone has a voice and it is heard
We celebrate each others success daily publically.
It's like getting to come to work everyday with your closest friends. The company culture is energetic, fun and one that will challenge you in a good way.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need a complete overhaul of management from the top down
change the one upping and the need to always work longer. longer is not always better
Clear and consistent expectations need to be established as soon as you start in your role (it might just be my team but no one knows how to train or properly on-board.) Give people the space they need to learn your culture (some people are slower than others), be flexible.
