What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's like getting to come to work everyday with your closest friends. The company culture is energetic, fun and one that will challenge you in a good way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly a family; we interact in and outside of the office building. We know each other families and that makes for a great team environment to be a part of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was collaborative so you got to meet others who you would work closely with. The ability to job shadow to get a realistic preview of the role and how fast everything moved.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
alliantgroup pays 100% for employee benefits and that's almost unheard of these days. Everyone has the ability to earn performance bonuses. The goals are clear and there are frequent touchpoints throughout the year to ensure you're on track.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is pretty much undefined in that, everyone is considered a leader in the firm. This speaks a lot to their credit. It's not the highest position that rules in decision making at the company, it's the majority which is comprised of professionals across the organization.
