What did you like most about the interview process?

Quick, not too many steps, not very cumbersome. Pretty easy overall.

What makes you most happy at work?

Salary & benefits are great and free food! (food is high quality here)

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I get the sense the leadership team at alliantgroup is intelligent, innovative, and caring.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great base (and commission potential) & employee's healthcare benefits are paid by the company

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I think more empathy is needed across the board, kindness, calmness and overall self-awareness needs to be promoted/encouraged/reinforced.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Clear and consistent expectations need to be established as soon as you start in your role (it might just be my team but no one knows how to train or properly on-board.) Give people the space they need to learn your culture (some people are slower than others), be flexible.
