I think more empathy is needed across the board, kindness, calmness and overall self-awareness needs to be promoted/encouraged/reinforced.
They need a complete overhaul of management from the top down
change the one upping and the need to always work longer. longer is not always better
Clear and consistent expectations need to be established as soon as you start in your role (it might just be my team but no one knows how to train or properly on-board.) Give people the space they need to learn your culture (some people are slower than others), be flexible.
