Felt professional but casual at the same time,
Getting to talk with the staff
The first time I interviewed it was fine

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many hurdles to jump over and very impersonal.
Meet more of the actual people you will be working with
Stop the mandatory vaccines now
Have them honor their word. Anything in our contracts they disregard. Change on a dime and never bat an eye. Getting vaccines was never in the contract. Demanding we jab outselves with an experimental substance is horrific. Complete fascist bastards. A play taken right from the Nazi playbook

Pay your employees fairly in compassion to other entities.
Hire employees with relevant experience rather than minimum education
