What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many hurdles to jump over and very impersonal.
Meet more of the actual people you will be working with
Stop the mandatory vaccines now
Have them honor their word. Anything in our contracts they disregard. Change on a dime and never bat an eye. Getting vaccines was never in the contract. Demanding we jab outselves with an experimental substance is horrific. Complete fascist bastards. A play taken right from the Nazi playbook

Tell the truth to prospective candidates.
It shouldn't be a 1-2 month long process or more to get offered or denied a job.
