Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding the work very one is doing.

Focusing more on providing safe health care rather than running the operation on a nearly empty tank. Patient care cannot be done with perfect efficiency, people are all varied and their health can be complicated. Trust that staff is telling you accurate problems.

Employee relations, proper training, clear communication and expectations.

Respect, communication, attitude. Permanent and travel employees are all miserable here and complain incessantly. Hands down the worst, most unhealthy work environment I've ever experienced. Truly sad.

Listen to the staff that do the work address safety issues

Accountability. Caring about their employees as humans

Standing up for the employees

Sticking up for their employees for what is right

Do their jobs and not force the vaccines

They need to remember that people are not going to be afraid to leave the company if they don’t start treating staff bette

Listening to the needs of the team

Caring about patients and employees. Telling the truth.

Listening to employees and treating employees with the same tenants they espouse for their patients.

Stop railroading management below them into getting more money causing disgruntled managers to staff. Trickle down effect very prevailant.

Taking their employees in to consideration when making decisions. They need to remember who is doing all the work to make themlots of money.

Stay away from medical mandates and stand up for employee freedom.

People who really care about patients. None bullies. Respectful work place

Stand up for employees rights

Listening to employees and not call them selfish because they choose not to get an experimental shot that is doing more harm than good. Talking down to employees. They don't care and it is showing!

Making the hospital safe for our patients by better staffing which in will reduce burnout. Always for ing staff to do less with more.
